Tracy Otto became paralyzed from the chest down when an ex-boyfriend attacked her in 2019. She was in a really bad place for a long time and wanted to find something to lift her up. Randomly, she decided she wanted to shoot archery and found a program near her through Move United member organization, Hillsborough County Adaptive Sports. She not only has a goal of competing at the Paralympics but has also owned up her own business.
