Your clients aren’t buying your method - They’re buying your promise

So many wellness experts believe their clients are buying Pilates, yoga, coaching, nutrition, or strength training. They’re not. They’re buying a future outcome.

They’re buying relief, confidence, clarity, consistency, safety, freedom - and the belief that this time, it’s going to work.

In this episode, I break down what the promise really is, why it matters so much, and how getting this right makes everything easier - from selling, to content creation, to scaling your business online.

In this episode I share a detailed client example of a baby sleep expert, and how refining her promise - alongside her audience - completely transformed her business.

By narrowing who she was speaking to and when she was meeting them, she was able to:

  1. simplify her content and delivery
  2. stop overwhelming her clients
  3. switch to an evergreen model that captured people at their exact point of need
  4. and build a thriving, supportive community that improved retention and reduced her workload
