The comfort zone is where we spend most of our time. As creatures of habit, we get into routines and that makes us feel . . . comfortable. The things that we do boil down to what their most comfortable with and that means different things for different people, of course. Think of the things you do on a daily basis and how they make you feel. Cheryl knows that conventional advice about your comfort zone doesn't work.  Cheryl shares an analogy, about a rubber band always snapping back, from one of her favorite mentors, Dan Kennedy.
