First, we chat about FloGate - Pixieset's recent decision to kill off FloThemes, the Wordpress theme company we all know and love (and most of us use). Thom explains how he has already bailed and fully rebuilt his website with Kadence blocks. 

Greg then drops the bombshell that he's considering moving to a studio business model - taking bookings then sending out associate shooters to shoot the weddings, while keeping all admin and editing in-house. We talk about the positives and negatives of this approach, and the logistics of this kind of move.
