On the last episode, we talked about the importance of spiritually staying fed and being intentional in what we feed ourselves as we continue to grow and develop in our relationship with God. This week, I wanted to continue in talking about the importance of staying fed by focusing in on our daily intake. Just in case you didn't know, we need God first and more than anything. However, God has also told us what else we need to do in our journey and walk with him. Although making healthy changes may seem overwhelming especially if you don't know what to do or how to start, we have God to help us maintain a healthy, balanced spiritual life. Balance is not about equal amounts of everything but the right amount of the right things. 1)Start with God 2)Be consistent 3)Don't give up. Remember, we have God on our side. Tune in as I share what God has given me concerning our daily intake! P.S. the healthiest choice is always God.
