As you arrive to your space, gently close your eyes if that feels safe and find a comfortable position.  Take a breath in — steady, full, alive. And exhale — letting the day settle around you like a soft current.

Today, we invite flow — that gentle balance between effort and ease.

It’s where clarity meets momentum… where doing and being become one seamless motion.

Take another slow inhale.

As you breathe out, imagine your thoughts arranging themselves into clear, calm lines —
like ripples smoothing across still water.
There’s no rush, no forcing — only focus that feels natural.

When you’re in flow, energy moves through you, not from you.

You don’t have to push; you simply allow.
Tasks become lighter, words come easier, timing feels right.
Focus, then, isn’t about tightening your grip — it’s about softening your resistance.

Pause for a moment and think of one thing you’d like to move through with grace today.

Visualize yourself doing it with presence —
steady breath, clear mind, open heart.
Flow meeting focus.

Now, bring your hands together — a gentle gesture of gratitude for this balance you can return to anytime.
