Your Daily Three Meditation - Nourishment

Listen Later

Join me every M-F for a new episode; Mondays are devoted to a general meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting around your own theme that can be practiced every day. Tuesdays-Fridays are guided around a suggested word that you can return to again and again when you are feeling the need for more focus.  Today, we turn our attention to Nourishment. Hello love,

As you arrive to your space, begin by slowing downInhale deeply through your nose… exhale gently through your mouth. Again, a long inhale, filling the belly with air… and a long exhale, letting it all go. One more deep breath in… and a steady breath out.

Now, imagine sitting at a table spread with nourishing food — fruits, grains, warm bread, a comforting meal. See the colors, feel the warmth, notice how your anticipation of  this nourishment supports you.

In life, there is also nourishment – not just for your body like the spread before you but also for your mind and your spirit. Quiet moments that bring enlightenment and guidance. Interactions that bring forth joy and growth. Experiences that leave memories and fulfillment.

Pause and ask yourself: what is nourishing me right now? Is it connection, rest, creativity, or kindness?

Bring to mind three nourishing gifts in your life today. Name each one silently, and let gratitude rise for the way it sustains you.

Now set one intention for your day: to welcome nourishment in all forms — to eat with presence, to rest without guilt, to allow your spirit to be fed.

Take one final inhale, breathing in nourishment… and a long exhale, feeling cared for and whole.

When you’re ready, gently return, carrying this sense of fullness into your day.

Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste.
