We have recently seen Weight Watchers acquire a digital health company Sequence.
Why?  The holy grail is in behavioral change, that is lasting. 
In our talk, Doug Sullivan, R.N. who has served as a case manager and care manager has consulted health plans and first hand walked alongside empathically using all the positive behavioral strategies, such as motivational interviewing to empower members to better health outcomes. 
He understands how difficult it is to manage members’ health and make positive and sustaining behavioral changes in a population. 
In spite of this, he is excited and optimistic that the US is just in its beginning phase of digital healthcare transformation.
Doug is passionate about being a catalyst for change in how we manage people’s health.  He sees a huge opportunity using digital apps and technology if done right with clinical guidelines and protocols.
