How is it possible that more women in corporate America have at least a bachelor's degree than men but we are still paid, on average, $16,000 - $20,000 less than men in the same industries and fields? This is the wrong question to ask since these is current reality. The question now to ask: How do we close that gap?
In 2019, women surpassed men in having more bachelor's degrees, or higher, in the workplace. But in order for us to surpass men in pay, we have to change how we approach education and get education - preferably without adding any additional debt to our lives. (No more student loans!)
