Anchoring your energy into your body is the topic of this episode. As sensitive empathic women who run businesses this practice is essential in keeping in your own energy. In the episode:

  • I review last episode of Matching someone's energy. How energy is e-motion which is energy in motion. When someone is denying or suppressing their emotion it is very easily picked up by a nearby sensitive. So someone like us, gulp!
  • I open this topic of Anchoring in your own energy. I use the metaphor of a ship and what happens when it's not anchored the currents take it out to sea. This is the same way it can feel in your body. You are being taken over and directed by energy of others. When you are anchored in you notice other people's energy but it doesn't take you over. 
  • The importance of anchoring. Most sensitives' essences are not fully in their body. This is because we connect via the auric field with others and sense other information in this space. When a sensitive woman doesn't anchor in her energy then she is more susceptible to other's energy. 
  • I also talk about what it feels like when you are not in your energy.
