My friend Cole Hatter said at his Thrive event that he gives his best to his family and the rest to everyone else.  That hit me hard.  

There are many of us who are out here doing things for everyone else, giving them our best first, when in all reality, the reason we decided to do everything we're doing is for our family. 

My wife reminded me one time to push past the haters and remember not to give a f#ck what anyone else thinks. 

When she said that, it opened up my eyes to realizing that the only people I need to put first are the biggest cheerleaders in my life like:

• Her
• My children
• My clients 
• My business partners

Remember to give your family your best and whatever is left, you can give to the rest.
