Ingredients:

• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Apple cider, to top
• Garnish: 1 mint sprig

Steps:

• Bourbon and Angostura bitters to a glass filled with ice
• Add cider and stir
• Garnish with a mint sprig
