Elaine Parker is the President of the Job Creators Network Foundation and Chief Communications Officer of the Job Creators Network. In her role, she executes the foundation’s principle aims of public policy education and strategic media outreach. Elaine speaks frequently to business organizations and small business owners to identify solutions to the issues they face and develop strategies to address them.
