Dr. Chris returns to the program and tells JP about his newest real estate deal - a million dollar Airbnb in Port Aransas, TX.  Listeners might recall that Dr. Chris made a nice little chunk of change on an office space in San Antonio.  Well he took some of those proceeds and made a downpayment on a million dollar vacation property.
