Jess Critchlow is the Chief of All Things over at Light Up Work where she helps professionals finally reach their big career goals, do the work they love and ultimately make more money by making REAL change in their confidence and interpersonal skills. 

She has over a decade of experience working with individuals and organizations running training programs, coaching and consulting on workplace improvement initiatives across dozens of industries and countries. 

She’s a TEDx speaker who is crazy about getting into super geeky conversations about confidence, learning and business with anyone and everyone. When she’s not coaching a client, running a training program or talking all things confidence you can find her chasing after her two kiddos with her husband in Amherstburg Canada and brewing yet another tea.
