I am So Excited to post this interview with one of my dearest friends Ms. Debra Hand! We have been friends for over 27 years and if you have listened to my "You have Pure Potential Inside You" podcast or my "Relationships" podcast I have spoken about her several times. She is someone that is in my circle of influence and has permission to not only speak into my life but t speak life into me when I need it. She is my first interview for my podcast and I chose her to talk about health because she has made a 6 figure business with her health and wellness coaching through Advocare.
We talk about her journey with hers and her husbands health and what was the tipping factor in making that not only a lifestyle but a lifestyle that has become a full-time business. We talk about how it intertwined in my health journey, my family, my son and myself, also joining the Advocare team. We talk about relationships and forgiveness and how it is a part of your personal growth no matter what business you are in. We also share a lot of hugs and laughter between loving friends!
