Teaching the science of human flourishing, Megan is an expert in health. She's held senior leadership positions in fortune 500 healthcare companies and has a degree in nuclear medicine. She also understands wellbeing from a broader perspective, through the lenses of yoga and positive psychology. Megan has worked extensively with Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, the largest yoga retreat center in North America, helping them launch new initiatives like online learning and RISE, a stress resiliency program. Megan is also an award-winning author of five books on mindfulness and wellbeing.
