The American dream is a life of prosperity and happiness. Many people, myself included, have taken on the notion that work equals success. But as I worry about my job’s long-term stability and stress about my personal life, I am left to question whether this is all worth it. The daily grind can be tedious at best, but ultimately our jobs are not providing us with the fulfillment we desire.
When you're self-employed, you have to constantly think about how to do things better. You constantly have to ask yourself if you're getting the most out of your business. If not, what can be done? The same should be applied when you're an employee.
