As I am recording this show the Akashic Records Institute is celebrating 8 years! Today I am sharing the 3 biggest mistakes I made when I started the Akashic Records Institute. While there were many mistakes, I bow to each and every one of them. 

Each one taught me not only about what to do differently so I would not repeat them, but also, when I received the mistakes for what it truly were - a calling to do better, a calling to deeper compassion for myself and others - they offered me an opportunity to grow and evolve, not only as a business owner and legacy maker but as a person.
