What do I mean by that – The Work of Vision?

Go to Work ON your business.

What does that mean?  Working on your business?

OH… create systems!  Yes it’s that – BUT something else first!

GERMANS saying….”Never go to the second thing first”

The First thing is VISION.

VISION AND SYSTEMS – GO TOGETHER

EFFICIENCY IS DOING THINGS RIGHT – EFFECTIVENESS IS DOING THE RIGHT THINGS!

THEY GO TOGETHER – LISTEN…YOU HAVE TO HAVE BOTH!

Vision work is thinking work

It is THINKING Work – and so most people wont do it.

People will avoid “Thinking Work”  It doesn’t feel particularly productive!  People would rather be Busy Doing – than thinking.

Vision work is Thinking Work – PEOPLE DON’T VALUE THINKING WORK.
