We have this belief that all our thinking came from our intellectual perspective. The reality is that much of our thinking is on a knee jerk reactive basis. Many of these reactions are actually emotional reactions. The first reaction or impulse is often a gut reaction mediated through the Enteric nervous system or your Gut Brain. So you are feeling it through your gut.

I was just recently interviewed by one of my retreat participants Glenn. He did my premium retreat “Success Mastery” almost 7 years ago and it totally changed his life. He is currently running his very successful coaching and mentoring organization now. Glenn decided to interview me firstly to catch up and secondly to get my sense of the COVID 19 situation. He had started to pivot his business to do more coaching online as well as do more webinars and Facebook live interviews.

We know that some people who develop COVID-19, or any other flu or virus, react mildly and experience mild symptoms, while others develop far more severe cases. This disparity is likely a direct indication of the strength of the individual’s immune system.

I went away to a beach holiday. I was looking forward to this resort area. I used to go there about 15 years ago, then life happened. Changed relationships, changed life circumstances. Sounds familiar? What I loved doing here was body boarding. The waves were just right. I kept thinking of all the years I missed doing body boarding. So for almost 15 years I did not do any body boarding. Then here I was at my familiar resort doing it again. I was so excited. I had to wait for the right wave. Otherwise nothing happened.

Dorothy’s vision “elevate and respect so that any woman can own a space, command respect and live free from fear”. She graduated in Physics and Maths. Started a career in military systems, then Telecom, Financial systems and more. As a rare woman, she led and manage the people who made it happen. Along the way she worked with many good men, learned their ways on how to build standards while respecting others. And there were those who did not distinguished themselves in the good man category.

You may have heard that comment about a ‘human bottle neck”. I was always concerned about being the limiting factor in my company. I don’t want to be the bottleneck at work (we all want that), I don’t want things stopping with me…gotta keep things moving.

The unconscious mind holds a strong power that can dictate your current perceptions of the world. Unleash and control it to design the life you wish as you clear unwanted reactions and negative charges that cloud your state of mind. Hinging on repetition, loop positive suggestions to your subconscious to redirect negativities. Furthermore, foster a better understanding of what you want in life while increasing self-confidence, courage, and conviction in moving forward.
