Dear Listener: Today’s episode offers you something different. I feel called to share what is on my heart and the ways my somatic and embodiment work is moving through me. It is my intention to convey how this work contributes to the highest possibility of collective healing, greater humanity, and conscious evolution. My objective for this episode is two-fold: 1) to invite a personal connection; for you to learn more about me and my work. 2) to ignite inspiration within you to connect deeper to your felt and lived experience. What else is possible when we learn to listen, feel, and sense? What might we discover when we bring curiosity, playfulness, and experimentation to this little thing we call the Self?
Themes of discussion:
-the intersection of somatics and spirituality
-surrendering to the unknown
-life as creative process
-fear of being seen or misunderstood
-the responsibility of being an artist

When is a moment you recall falling in love with nature? Nature-based Therapist & Naturalist, Kimberly Rose, walks us through a process of relational healing with the natural world. In this episode we consider: what makes up the ecosystem we are a part of? How can we move differently with the awareness of all other living beings that we share space with? What is our felt-experience as we connect with nature?
Through a synthesis of passions in Gestalt theory and practice, human ecology, tracking principles, and place-based nature connection, Kimberly lives and works to support people's relational re-inhabitation of body, soul, and land.
