We often get into our daily routines and forget about what’s going on around us. Sometimes we need to slow down, reflect and regroup before moving on. It’s like spinning in a hamster-wheel and getting nowhere.
This is why it is important to set regular breakpoints throughout our day, week and month. It doesn’t have to be a great amount of time, but just enough to run through a mental checklist. Each person’s checklist will be different but it should consist of the following topics.
Remember, this checklist is just one example, yours may look totally different. The important thing is that you check in with yourself regularly and ensure that your are moving in the right direction for you.
