In this bonus episode, I am joined by Mark, a former marine and corrections officer, who has struggled with PTSD ever since he retired from the military and reentered back into civilian life.  Mark shares some of the symptoms he endures, his triggers, and what he's doing to not remain stuck.

Mark also recently started a podcast, Speak Your Truth Podcast (link below). He wants people to have a platform to share their experience with PTSD so that others will know that they are not alone.  His hope is that those who are struggling will find ways to deal with it more effectively.
