Get out of your zoom room, bubble room, at home and get back into the office. People have lost the ability to build relationships in the zoom room. They don't know what is really expected on them in their ability to grow into leadership. They are not advancing their learning ability in leadership, communication, resolving problems, project management, and the list goes on. But the sad part is that most employees will never be able to advance into leadership because their companies have no idea what they are doing. Zoom calls from management just doesn't cut it anymore. In order for a company to grow the employees have to be able to grow. Zoom rooms and emails don't do it. We are no longer in a pandemic, now we have to get employees and companies to grow during a recession.
