Yes, believe it or not, our brains are hardwired to see the worst possible things before we can even think about things that help us grow and develop. Well that explains a lot, LOL.
As we head into a week of focusing on the GOOD things over the Thanksgiving break, this little bit of knowledge might be just the hack you need.
