Firstly thanks for tuning into my podcast.
My name is Dan Hulbert and what I share in my podcast is I practiced. I can back up my information with over 20 years experience in the property and building industries. My journey started on the tools in flipping properties with my Dad. I then went on to maintenance works and multitrade refurbishments. I decided in 2010 to go it alone to set up and run my own building firm. As part of my business I support and coordinate property investors refurbishment projects.
There are a lot of moving parts in property and the world is saturated with theory, but what we are craving is practical wisdom.
Since 2014 I have been providing support, guidance and advice for property investors on their HMO refurbishments and small commercial conversions. This support comes in different ways:
FREE Content - Building on Solid Foundations, FB Group, YouTube Channel and Podcast.
Education and Training programmes.
1:1 Project Coaching.
Project Consultancy Packages.
