Season 4, Episode 2 feat. Derek Hoffman. Derek produced my bands previous release, 2018's ‘Civilianaires’, as well as a handful of tracks from our latest release ‘Wanderer’. We take a little stroll through Derek’s musical history and talk a lot about the producer/artist relationship, particularly as it pertains to our work together. It was a great chat!

The hockey episode! This episode features Ron MacLean and Tara Slone. Ron is a legend of Canadian hockey broadcasting, having co-hosted “Coach’s Corner”, alongside Don Cherry, for 38 seasons. Tara’s background is in music, having fronted the rock band "Joydrop" and as a contestant on “Rock Star : INXS”, before pivoting into broadcast. And together they currently host the show “Hometown Hockey” so I decided to feature them together on the same show, though they were recorded separately on the original show. Cheers!

This is my conversation with Cone McCaslin of Sum 41 for season 2, episode 8 of the series, recorded on September 9th of 2020. Cone is a founding member of the wildly successful punk band Sum 41.
