Taking the time to slow down and integrate is a non-negotiable. I have a HUGE belief that we can create massive success without the expense of our family, our nervous system,  our energetic capacity.

The truth is,  I didn't feel safe slowing down in my business.
I had so much of my own worthiness wrapped up in success. Always being on and always achieving. And although I love success and I love being driven, I believe that there is a time and a place for both.

When we DON'T take this time is when we start getting tired. We start to burn out and we end up avoiding it. When we DON'T sit with ourselves and we don't choose to tune INWARDS, we get lost in what everybody else is doing.

You can make multiple six figures a year in your business --  and you don't have to do it at the expense of your heart and your soul and your sanity.
