Welcome back to Sunrise Podcast with your Host Roman and his cohosting Father (Mike).  It’s been a long time but your favorite son and dad Podcasters are back not missing a beat. We are super excited to be back with you guys and even more excited to bring you into our world where we have implemented a couple of new segments with the podcast. 

Every podcast moving forward we are going to make sure that we give you a word of the day (ubiquitous), as well, our other new favorite segment which is called, “Let’s go Black in Time,” when we take time to reflect and acknowledge our past and present African-American inventors, innovators, activists, heroes, and educators highlighting all the great work they have done and continue to do for the empowerment, improvement, equality and evolution for humanity and society.
