Quiet, Not Silent is a podcast dedicated to exploring recovery while living with various presentations of Borderline Personality Disorder.

My name is Avery (they/she), and I live with quiet subtype BPD. Together, we're gonna get to casually explore topics like: BPD subtypes, dissociation, chronic emptiness, internalized shame, people-pleasing, splitting, recovery journeys, self love, self compassion, coping skills, relationships, support systems, different therapies, etc.

And you'll get to hear interviews from people I've met along my own recovery journey: people in different stages of BPD recovery, mental health professionals, advocates, researchers, and even people who don't have BPD themselves, but love someone who does.
