In this episode, Niraj shares his personal experience of overcoming trauma after his divorce and why he asked for help from his parents as a grown man.
“I did something I really didn't want to do. I asked for help. And I reached out to my elderly retired parents. I said please help me and that's really difficult to do, especially when you're a grown man., At the time it felt horrible, but looking back it was a smartest thing I could do”
He explains why asking for help is what smart people do.
