Whether it’s creating your first reel on Instagram or launching a new offering in your business, I often find that we can stay stuck in this place of not taking action because of the fear of starting something new. 

A few of the thoughts that often come up are ‘What if it looks silly’ or ‘Everyone else is doing it so much better than I will be able to’. So, rather than taking action we dial up the volume on those thoughts and stay in our comfort zone of what’s familiar.
