Have you ever felt like you've been wandering in the desert for half your life?  Or maybe it's only been for a season but you just feel lost?  

Here's a guy with all this promise and potential, all this training and talent yet he ends up with nothing to show for it except failure and regret.  Now as an old man he sits alone in a desert watching sheep...miles and decades away from his glory days.  He became the biggest disappointment to his trainers, his family and his people.  Here sits this 80 year old man nearing the end of his story and the banner over his life says, "I Quit."  He must have felt like he missed out or messed up his life's purpose.
