Today was all about awareness! Awareness of your thoughts, beliefs, and what you say.

Here are some steps to help move toward your goals...

1) What story are you currently telling yourself? (ask a trusted friend or spouse if you are having trouble identifying it)

2) What do you desire?

3) What do you need to believe to move toward what you desire?

4) Write down your new story and memorize it.

5) Every time you hear yourself tell your old story or start thinking about it...STOP! Read or say your new story outloud.

6) Ask a friend or a spouse to hold you accountable and speak up when they hear your old story.
