During the American night, US forces unconstitutionally complied with Donald Trump’s unconstitutional and immoral orders to kinetically attack the residents of Iran. One of their first targets was an elementary school in which, since this was daytime in Iran and the start of their work week, children were packed. Estimates put the death toll there, between children and adult school employees, at 102. Across the 31 provinces in Iran, the death toll is estimated to be approximately 201 people. Did these dancing Israelis know what their government did to those children?

As Reason Magazine’s Nick Gillespie notes: “Trump has explicitly started a regime change 'war'--his word--without congressional authorization and no credible evidence of an imminent threat against America or Americans. Such an action is indefensible--and I hope MAGA joins in the protest against such illegal actions.”
Iran quickly responded, launching rockets and drones into Israel and into numerous other nations that host US military bases, and announcing that the Strait of Hormuz is CLOSED. That shuts down nearly 30% of the world trade of oil and 20% of natural gas shipments. The Iranian government also launched retaliatory rocket (ballistic missile) and drone strikes targeting Israel and U.S. military bases in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), though there are some reports of Iranian arms hitting a few civilian sites.
The US and Israeli leaderships claim that they have killed Ayatollah Khamenei.
Saudi Arabia explicitly noted that it had refused to allow its airspace or territory to be used for attacks on Iran prior to the conflict, positioning itself as not initially supporting the U.S.-Israeli strikes.
This, coming on the heels of Donald Trump claiming he wanted to engage in “talks” and “diplomacy” with the nation-state he was bullying, despite JD Vance reiterating that, and despite the Iranian government proffering an offer that the Foreign Minister of Oman mentioned on television. The Trump Admin again has deceived people with talks of peace, and, for the politically minded here in the US, his aggressive act not only should see him impeached, it likely will see the GOP lose their vaunted control of the House and Senate.

And despite all the MAGA and pro-ZION Democrat rhetoric about Iran being some kind of evil, terror-spreading, aggressive state, the US overthrew the elected government there in 1953, installed the brutal Shah (they seem to want to install his son to control Iran, now) and repeatedly has worked with Israel to attack Iran, assassinate people in Iran, impose trade blocks, and even sabotage Iranian nuclear power facilities. Saber-rattlers in the US try to mix the US embassy hostage situation from the 1970s into their larger narrative that Iran is a terror-state. Since the establishment of the Islamic Republic in 1979, Iran has not directly attacked the US. One way to gin-up support in America for this bloodbath in the Middle East? Many MAGA and many Dems might say that Iran was behind the bombing of the Lebanon-based US Marine barracks in October of 83. Iran was not behind that. That was Amal… Amal was a Lebanese Shia group that developed, set up, and started organizing back in 1972, seven years before there was an Islamic Republic in Iran. But what we do know for sure is that the United States encouraged Saddam Hussein to attack Iran back in 1980, and then provided the chemical precursors used to make chemical weapons, which killed a minimum of 250,000 Iranians. And then Americans sit there and run. Why do they chant, hate to America, death to America? Why don’t they like us?
Because the US government helped kill a quarter of a million Iranians.
The US now claims that its aggression has killed the Ayatollah. This likely will be inconsequential when it comes to Iranian governance.
But, before we go, let’s note the dark fact that Trump is proudly claiming that he killed… The man who held up a Fatwah against nuclear weapons development and use by Iran…
