What people often don't realize is that spending time is like spending money. If you waste the one then you waste the other. 

In order to receive the fruits of your labor, in life, you have to put in the time and effort into what you want to achieve. The more time that you put into what you want to achieve financially the more money you will make to be able to employ other people, to do those things that you were spending a lot of your time doing, grow your income, and ultimately buy back the time that you spent on doing those things to increase your income. 

The question that we need to ask ourselves is, "Is what we are spending our time on adding value to our life, or helping us to succeed in the goals we have?" if the answer is no, then why are you doing it?
