Every single second in our life, is a new opportunity to live the life we want. In this lifetime, we are given the power to choose what we want to experience, and what perspective we want to bring to those experiences. A fascinating topic, that touches us all, since we are the creators of our own reality, and the creators of change within and around us.

Mariana has a wonderful ability to helps us see how we can stop living on autopilot, and instead move into a more fulfilling and true way of living by exercising choice, and by getting to know our values.
