The journey of life requires you to become comfortable with healing… with falling apart and coming back together. Life isn’t always easy… it can throw a mean curve ball! These “curve balls” can leave us feeling afraid, traumatized, bitter, jaded, hurt, and then some…
In an attempt to cope with such stresses we often resort to beating up on ourselves, judging ourselves or others, taking out our frustrations on others, inflicting harm upon ourselves (self sabotaging), or even neglecting and ignoring ourselves/ our feelings.
Well! Here on Breakfast with B.B. I plan to hold a space for those suppressed feelings to be heard, seen, and acknowledged. I know it seems easy to ignore emotion, to avoid or even distract ourselves, but those means of distraction are costing you your life....
And I’m here to help you rediscover it! Because I want to see you well! I want you to live in wholeness and from an authentic space of abundance! I want you to be okay with falling apart… letting go… and not knowing what to do.
Because you can’t predict life but you can become friends with it… My intention with this podcast is to befriend life and liberate myself! I also hope to join in community with those that seek to do the same.
