✨ How meaningful change begins with one courageous decision
✨ Simple shifts to help you stop waiting and start leading; and,
✨ What to do when fear, doubt, or criticism shows up
Listen in as Sandy shares her extraordinary journey from an ordinary citizen to founder of Levees.org, where she challenged powerful systems after Hurricane Katrina — and proved that one voice really can create ripples felt around the world.
If you’ve ever felt called to make a difference but are unsure how to begin, this episode is for you.
Guest Bio:
Sandy Rosenthal was an ordinary citizen who uncovered an extraordinary scandal. After Hurricane Katrina, she discovered the catastrophe was caused by defective levees built by the Army Corps of Engineers, not nature. Refusing to remain silent, she launched a grassroots movement that exposed the truth and mobilized more than 25,000 people through her nonprofit, Levees.org.
Despite facing powerful opposition, Sandy persevered, drawing on expert input, bold communication, and an unshakable belief in her mission.
She is the award-winning author of "Words Whispered in Water" and now empowers changemakers around the world, proving that with persistence and purpose, one voice really can make waves.
