S: I forgot to mention that I sent 'Rie' a very long message that night, practically reacted in ways that did not honour God and I later thought about it and realised i shouldn't have, it wasn't something that a proverbs 31 woman should do and that was why I stayed awake that night (in the podcast) and later apologized.
