Big shout out to Michelle Hatcher from one of my Facebook groups.  She says “I’m completely overwhelmed & stress. I just got engaged but I feel like I have no idea where to start. I already suffer from anxiety so this is just stressing me out. For others this may be fun but for me its a panic attack.
