You have all the time you need. You’re not behind or running late. You’re exactly where you need to be in this moment. Do you believe that to be true? Do you believe that you’re not behind or failing?

Who are you comparing yourself to or to what standard do you believe you fail to measure up? I knew exactly what I was doing when I created you and yes, I created you knowing it would take us until today to get to this moment.

You sometimes think “if only” but how does that serve you? What benefit is to be found in regret? Understand what I’m really asking you … there is a perceived benefit to that line of thinking, even though it’s flawed. Why else would you engage in it?

Until you understand the benefit, it’s going to be impossible for you to let go and move forward. How then does “if only” keep you safe? What stories or past experiences does it try and protect you from? What are you clinging onto today that’s stopping you from moving forward? Because you are exactly where you need to be and I don’t want you lingering here a moment longer than necessary.
