I'm super excited about the new year and the awesome things that are to come! 

I have a couple of key things that I'm focusing on in general this year. One is mindset - a topic that I already love but need more practice.  The other is list building so I wanted to start off the year reviewing an element to that with is creating a lead magnet.

A good lead magnet is an excellent lead in to the service or product you ultimately want to lead your audience to. It is a piece that is of value to them that will begin to move them along a path and help you build relationships with them along the way.
