A Time to Care: The Caregivers Podcast

You´re night routine

Listen Later

Creating a morning routine is usually easier than establishing a nighttime routine. The nighttime routine begins when the day's work is done and we prepare for the next day.

For nighttime routines, I suggest two things: sharing your day with someone you love. This is crucial because we often isolate ourselves. It could be as simple as calling a friend, having dinner with family, or going out with friends.

Additionally, I recommend doing something for yourself—something you enjoy or something your body craves. Practice mindfulness during this activity, whether it's reading, eating, exercising, or simply relaxing.
