Yes, people in church can hurt you. But the truth is — people anywhere can hurt you. The difference is, the church was never meant to be a place for perfect people. It’s meant to be a place for healing, for growing, for walking together — even when it's messy.

If you’ve been wounded by someone in church, I’m sorry. That pain is real. But don’t let it be the reason you cut yourself off from the very place God designed for your restoration.

Iron sharpens iron — and sometimes that means friction. But it’s in the sharpening that we grow. It’s in community that we learn grace, forgiveness, and strength. We won’t always see eye to eye — but we can still walk side by side.

You don’t have to do this on your own. You were made for fellowship. You were made to belong.

There’s still a place at the table for you. And we need what you carry.
