For me, it was his lack of urgency about coming home from work. This always led to our infamous argument. I believed he was wrong, and my way was right. These thoughts made me feel angry, frustrated, and sad, leading to actions that were counterproductive.

I would start fights, attack, and accuse him, which only increased the divide between us, without changing his behavior or increasing family time. This went on for 20 years. But then, I decided to stop the insanity and used tools I learned from my life coach.
