One of the things I did last year when I started my podcast was to intentionally be on other people’s podcasts as well.  Not only was I practicing the skill of articulating answers to questions off the cuff but it also really gave me the opportunity to reflect on where I was in the moment. 

This moment captured by Heather Love of the For the Love of Dharma podcast  just two months into my podcasting journey.  Heather really surprised me with some of the questions - would you believe that I was more comfortable talking about aliens than my childhood?!   I have lots to say on both subjects and some good lessons that may save you some heartache.
