I have a bank of over 100 different questions we can ask our incoming clients with Keynote Content.
If you’ve followed me for a while, then that’s probably not a surprise to you.
The value of asking better questions can make all the difference between being a status-quo business, simply average in your industry, or being an industry disruptor.
The key is asking more questions. One of our clients sends out a survey to their subscriber list every year with five questions. Out of curiosity, I asked them why they only use five questions. Their response, “Well, that just seemed like a good number.”
They then told me that they could probably ask more questions, but they simply hadn’t.
We increased the number of questions to 15 questions for their next survey. Not only did they get three times the data with triple the amount of questions, but they also generated more business because they then used that data to create two new service lines to address the newfound needs from more survey questions.
By asking more of the right questions, it allowed them to serve their audience better.
What are some ways you can ask more questions of your audience today? Think of one idea, like doing a Facebook Live or sending out a survey to your list, and then, implement that idea today.
