The City of Davenport knows that our success as a community is tied intrinsically to the success of the youth and families that call our community home. This summer, the City of Davenport in partnership with the City of Bettendorf, Scott County, John Deere Foundation and United Way of the Quad Cities announced a collaborative funding agreement earlier this year to launch the Youth Assessment Program in Scott County.
